Making a Purchase
My website has been designed to make online purchasing very straightforward. As you browse my products, select the quantity required
and click the 'Add to Basket' button. You shopping basket contents are shown on the right hand of every screen. At the checkout
you will be asked for a few details that I need to be able to satisfy your order, such as the delivery address.
Paying by Credit Card
I use Nochex (www.nochex.co.uk), the UK's leading independent provider of
'complete' secure online credit and debit card payment services to many thousands of small and medium size businesses in the UK.
The security of your money and information is at the core of their business.
Postage and Package Prices
Stated prices on this site include standard postage for orders from within the United Kingdom. Postage and packing is charged
according to the table below for overseas orders. I use Airmail for orders outside the UK.

Acknowledgment of your Order
Once your online order has been submitted, you wil be notified via email to confirm receipt of your order. If you do not receive
this confirmation email within 6 hours, please contact me. Please
do not delete this confirmation email until your goods are received.
Delivery Schedule
I aim to get U.K. orders delivered within 7 working days and international orders
delivered within 14 working days (international postal systems permitting!) otherwise I will contact you.
Refunds
I offer a full refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with any of my products, for whatever reason, you may return it (in original
condition and packaging please) within ten days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, I cannot refund postage costs where
an item is not damaged or faulty.
